What to Wear to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

Florida weather can be tricky, swinging from sunshine to showers without much warning. So, it’s best to come prepared for anything. Dress stylishly but comfortably, and make sure you’re ready for heat, humidity, or the occasional rain shower. The key is practical footwear—opt for shoes that are easy to slip on and off since you’ll likely need to remove them when stepping aboard yachts. Lightweight, breathable clothing and a hat or sunglasses for sun protection are also highly recommended. You’ll thank yourself for being ready for any weather the day throws your way!

How to Buy Tickets for the 2024 Fort Lauderdale Boat Show

Since there is no on-site box office, you’ll need to purchase digital tickets in advance, which will be scanned upon entry. Note that access aboard specific vessels is at the discretion of manufacturers, dealers, or brokers. Admission is free for children under six when accompanied by an adult, and on Sunday, active military personnel and veterans enjoy free general admission. The two-day preview and general admission tickets for adults (valid Wednesday to Sunday) are priced at US$96, with additional booking and transaction fees. Book here.
