YACHT INFORMATION:
A lovely 31m yacht is looking for an experienced Seasonal Chef required for a busy private yacht.
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Previous experience cooking for guests + crew
- Be confident
- Must have experience in provisioning and the correct storage of produce to prolong shelf life
- Hands-on, can-do attitude, high level of hygiene & energy
- Enjoys cooking healthy and nutritious meals for guests & crew
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Culinary Trained Chef – STCW10 + ENG1 (or Equivalent)
ITINERARY
Gold Coast – Great Barrier Reef
START DATE:
Mid-July to the end of November.
2 weeks to get to know the vessel and provisioning, before heading north leaving on the 1st August.
