JOB OVERVIEW:

An Estate Manager is required to manage and maintain two high-end, luxury properties on the Gold Coast.

One is a private residence, and the other an expansive Estate used for owner, high end and corporate events, as well as short term stays.

The owner is looking for the highest level of discretion, service and standards throughout.

KEY RESPONSIBIBILITES:

  • Property Management
  • Event Management
  • Vendor and Contractor Management
  • Guest Support
  • Staff Leadership and HR
  • Financial and Administration.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury estate management, UHNW household management, Senior Superyacht experience, or an Interior Manager.
  • Exceptional discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Proven experience in managing staff, multiple events, properties, and high-end clientele.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

 

SALARY:

AUD DOE plus Super.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 

Full time employment.

Hours TBD – with flexibility essential dependent on bookings and guest usage.

Some weekends and evenings may be required.

REQUIREMENTS: 

This is a non-live in role. You must be based on the Gold Coast with your own car and license for transport to both properties – public transport will not be sufficient.

Must hold full Australian working rights.
