YACHT INFORMATION:
A lovely 31m private yacht is looking for an experienced Chef for a lovely family, spending the next few months cruising Fiji/South Pacific
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Previous experience cooking for guests + crew
- Be confident
- Must have experience in provisioning in rural regions and the correct storage of produce to prolong shelf life
- Hands-on, can-do attitude, high level of hygiene & energy
- Enjoys cooking healthy and nutritious meals for guests & crew (family into surfing & fitness – meals reflect this)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Culinary Trained Chef preferred – STCW10 + ENG1 (or Equivalent)
ITINERARY
Fiji joining – South Pacific cruising
START DATE:
Mid-August through to December or permanent position for the right candidate
