This wonderful vessel was built to Lloyds A100 classification and cruised from Turkey to Australia under her own power before entering into charter work under AMSA and surveyed to carry up to 30 passengers with 4 crew. Constructed out of steel she has undergone a number of refits with the latest upgrade completed in 2019.
Equipped with dual 360hp Cummins engines, the vessel is fuel efficient cruising at 8.5 knots using approx. 56 litres per hour achieving a range of approximately 1700 nautical miles. This vessel is set up for extended trips and remote cruising with ample dry storage, freezer and refrigeration space to cater for all onboard for weeks at a time.
The accommodation includes a full beam master stateroom, double VIP and two twin cabins featuring a pullman in each, All cabins are ensuited and a day head is located just below the saloon. The crew cabins are up forward with two bunks in each and shared bathroom facilities.
Atlantic Princess has been a great charter vessel exploring the far reaches of the Great Barrier Reef, acting as a mothership to some of Australia’s best marlin sport fishing vessel, while also frequently conducting luxury fishing trips in the Northern Territory and cruising the Sydney harbour for great day functions or chartering for the world class NYE celebrations each year.
