Phoebe Smart – Crew Placement Manager
Phoebe has made her move land based to join the Yachtsmen Team after spending over 11 years at sea.
She joined the yachting industry at 21 and since then has travelled extensively worldwide, working up to chief stew on board private, charter, expedition, motor and sail yachts!
Through her considerable time in the industry, she brings with her an abundance of knowledge and understanding, to help place the perfect candidate on board the perfect boat!
Chloe James – Charter Management/Crew Placement
Chloe turned her passion and love for the ocean into a dedicated career in the marine industry. From islands on the Great Barrier Reef to the Mediterranean & Galapagos Islands, Chloe’s extensive time spent onboard a broad range of yachts makes her well-able to understand the needs of each and every crew member.
After returning to Australia, Chloe worked closely with a yacht agency in Sydney, followed by a year of freelancing on many charter boats along the east coast of Queensland, so she is very familiar with the many vessels that frequent our waters and all crew requirements.
Chloe has been looking after crew in the recruitment capacity for over 7 years now and has built some great relationships with owners, captains & crew!
